Because our press-on nails are beauty products that come into direct contact with the body, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene standards and ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched product.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all press-on nail sets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We recommend reviewing the product description, sizing guide, and design carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if you receive:
- A damaged product
- The wrong item
- A missing item from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After reviewing the request, if eligible, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within a few hours of placing them, before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customized nail orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
